Our 14-Day Return Policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy what means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

IMPORTANT:

Non-returnable items
Certain items CANNOT be returned due to hygiene reasons. We do NOT accept returns on the Sport hijabs and Sport socks. 

 

Returnable items 

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return if: 

• Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
• Items where original hangtag is missing.
• Items that have strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
• Items are returned without all original packaging
• Items are returned outside the specified return period

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

• Please send a mail to info@kjli.eu 
• Provide order number and reason why you returning the goods
• Carefully package the items you're returning 
• Create your own shipping label with a carrier of your choice and provide us the track and trace

 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. If we didn’t received your return via mail before you send the goods return, we unfortunately can’t process it.

Once we receive your return we will check your item and starts the process of your return, within 7 business days.
It may takes 14 business days before the amount is transferred to your bank account.
